What does RTS mean?
RTS means ready to ship
Can we do combined shipping?
We are unable to combine shipping of orders. Shipping is calculated by weight though, so if you order again then it will be calculated by weight, not just an additional fee.
Is there a discount code?
If there is a discount code available at the time you will find that on our FB vip group. We have reps with codes for 15% off your entire purchase
I forgot to use my discount code at check out. can I get a credit or refund?
Sorry we are unable to credit or refund once your order has been placed. We cannot back date promo codes under any circumstances.
RTS items ship out in 6-8 business days.
This is for in stock RTS orders.
This does NOT include weekends or holidays.
How can I get a faster response to my email?
Please email email@example.com for faster response. Please allow us 24 hours for us to respond to your email during business days & hours. Emails are responded to Monday-Friday. Weekends are family days so please do not expect a response during the weekend.
I ordered RTS as well as preorder/website items in the same order. When will my order ship?
Your order will ship out as soon as the preorder fabric arrives & then it will be shipped out all together. If you want faster shipping on your RTS items then don't order with your pre-orders or any other items outside of the rts folder.
Can I add or edit to an order I just placed?
Depending on how busy I get or if the items are instock. Feel free to message the business email for a better response
I have missing an item who do I contact?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and which item was missing.
There is a defect on my item who do I contact?
Please go over all your items as soon as they arrive. if you have a defect please take a photo and send an email to the business email. please include your order number and photo of defect. Please know that if you have washed or used the item in any way before you noticed we can not resolve this issue.
Do you take customs, if so who do I contact about custom items?

When will my pre-order arrive?
Our listings have detailed descriptions please read the entire post before ordering and mark your calendars with the dates provided on when they should be expected to ship.
